At Stay Rustic, every piece is made-to-order with care right here in our corner of Eastern Kentucky. That means when you place an order, we get right to work sourcing, crafting, and creating your item just for you.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns, unless your item arrives damaged or we made an error on our end.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds or Returns
Our items aren’t mass-produced — each one is crafted just for you, and only you. Once your order is placed, the process begins almost immediately. Materials are gathered, machines get humming, and hands get busy. That means we can’t cancel, return, or refund an order once it’s been submitted — even if you change your mind.
We kindly ask that you double-check your size, color, style, and shipping address before checking out. It helps us make sure your piece is perfect the first time.
SHIPPING INFO
Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for your order to be processed, created, and shipped. We’ll always aim to get it to you as soon as possible — because we know you’re just as excited to receive it as we are to make it.
If Something’s Not Right
If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. Email us with a clear photo and a short description of what went wrong. We’ll take a look and do what we can to make it right.
